Return of Goods
1. The images of the products displayed on the Master Lau website may not exactly match with the actual products. Customers could not request a return or refund due to the inconsistence of the online images and the actual appearance of the products.
2. Master Lau shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting in displaying inaccurate product information.
3. Customers can request the return of goods within the same day of delivery, but the return must comply with the following rules:
a. The goods being returned must be unused or damaged.
b. The package of the goods should be undamaged and are resalable.
c. The returned goods must include all the including parts.
4. Refunds will be reviewed and arranged on a case-by-case basis by Master Lau.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Master Lau shall be final.
